RUN FUTURA REMOTE Admin

Start Server

Right click of the mouse will display the POP Up menu as shown in fig. (Last Page). Click on Start Server. The Server configuration form will be shown to you :
Here the User Name can be changed to anything password can be changed to anything. The default user name is Admin and default password is 123. Click on Start Server button to delegate control to client.
Once you have started the server you have to inform the User Name, Password and your local IP to administrator. With this information your administrator can now administer the server from any other machine.
Incase if you want to stop the server then again right click on the FUTURA Remote admin icon in task bar. The popup menu will appear. Click on stop server. The control will be given back to you. Please note that even if you have delegated the control to your administrator you can still work on your machine but the entire work will be visible to administrator.
IMPORTANT : Please inform the administrator about the User Name, Password and your IP address without this information administrator will not be able to log on to your machine.
In case of DHCP server (For IP address) your local IP will be changed from time to time. So it is important that you communicate your IP every time when your start the server.
Apart from administrator any other person can also log on to your machine after entering the User Name , Password and IP address in client software.

Run Client

The next step is to start client. From any other machine the administrator / any other person can log on to the server (Once the server service is started). The procedure to start client is :
Right click on the FUTURA Remote Admin icon in the task bar.
Click on start client menu in the popup menu. The following configuration box will be shown to you.
Click on Connection >> Connect to Server. You will be asked for the details mainly User Name , Password , and IP Address of the machine.
Enter the above information in the dialogue box shown  and click on connect. The default User Name is Admin, and the default password is 123. However default IP address will not work on your system. You have to enter the IP address of the FUTURA Remote Admin server from the information of your system / phone call to the person who has delegated the control to you.
Click on Actions > Capture. The server desktop will be available on your machine. You can now run any application, change any settings on server from your desktop. So with this software you need not go to other machine to configure / teach / solve the problem. The machine will be available on your desktop itself.
Remember that it is the Server’s desktop which is shown on your machine. So the difference in the screen resolution will be visible to you on screen. However you can work with any possible resolution.
In order to speed up the operation between client and server we have reduced down the colours of the Server desktop. This is useful when working on internet servers.
You can type anything on the client machine and the same thing will be carried out on server machine. However the keys like ALT and CTRL and Windows keys will not work.
To stop client click the button on the top of the screen .
