How access control system
works:
Insert
the card in INREADER or OUTREADER
Opens
the door lock for 240 sec (adjustable) with inter phase.
Records
Time In and Time Out.
ACCESS CONTROL LOCK
FEATURES:
Supports
two SAVIOR Readers OR one SAVIOR reader with exit push button.
Interface
to deactivate EM Lock, in case input received from Fire Alarm Panel
to Door controller. Input Voltage accepted from Fire Alarm Panel - 5
to 48 V DC
Supports
one Single Door Electromagnetic Lock with Door Sensor.
Supports
One Emergency Fire Switch.
Power
Supply for two readers and electromagnetic lock included.
Input
Voltage: 90 to 270 Volts AC 50Hz.
Internal
Short circuit and over current protection provided.
Over
and under voltage protection provided.
Payroll System
Software:
Basic payroll system comes with 10 Allowances and 10 deductions from
the salary package. These 10 allowances are on configurable platform
and can be configured by the user directly.
The leave balances and additions are to be added to the Employee
Master. If the leaves are en-cashed then the leaves are to input in –ve
numbers in encashment section.
Other Terms & Conditions:
1. VAT : VAT@ 10 % will be
charged on all extra items. (The quote for Basic Equipment is
inclusive of VAT and Excise Duty.) 2. Installation at other Locations: Cost Of Traveling + 3 Star Stay + Rs. 2,000/- as installation charges and Rs. 1,500/- (Per day) training
charges. 3. Excise Duty : Excise Duty @16.32% will be extra on SAVIOR Readers,
Converter Box, WAN card & Siren Interface. 4. Payment Terms : 100% advance along with purchase order through DD.
5. Delivery : Within a week for all items except for fused ID cards.
Fused ID cards can be delivered within 2-3 weeks after we receive from
you, the passport size photographs, signed hard copy of approved
artwork, and computerized employee related details. 6. Validity : Valid up to 31st march 2006. 7. Warranty : All savior machines carry a warranty period of one year
from the date of delivery except for consumables.
