Mobile phone is not detected ! Please click the cat mobile connection manager. It will detect the phone if available.
Messages can not be sent. This can happen only if the mobile service provider network is not available.
The software sends the messages however actual user does not receive it. Please check the mobile service providers SMS number on the first screen. If the number
is incorrect change it.
The message is not received by someone
in Mailing list. Please
check the mobile number. The mobile number consist of two parts.
One is Mobile service provider whose number is added to mobile
number. E.g. if mobile service provider’s number chosen for a
particular mailing list record is 98220 and his mobile number is
66482 then the SMS messenger will send the message to
+919822066482. The country code is chosen from the information
entered in mailing list info at the time of data entry. So
normally your mobile number becomes
(Country Code)&( Mobile Service Provider Number )&(
Mobile Number)
So if the message is not received by some in Mailing list check
data entry.
I can not enter the data in my SMS Messenger Data
Entry. The
SMS Messenger is restricted to 1000 Mailing list addresses.
Above 1000 mailing list address you need to buy corporate
version.
What is the
restriction for Corporate Version? No restrictions in Corporate Version.
